well i mean my dad rented an apartment for a few years that didn't have any insulation at all and it was during the two winters where there were like 2-3 months in Trondheim where the average temperature was about -18 honestly and it was -10 inside in some of the rooms and the living room thing was like 2 degrees before people woke up but like.. it is what it is, blankets.
