i came to the hospital, got like 10 wires strapped to my entire body, and had to go back to my hotel room wearing this horrible hood wrapped around my entire head to keep the electrodes safe and stuck to my head. so i wore a scarf and my giant fur hood to cover the shame that was my electrode covered head, and when i came to my hotel room i just sat there suffering until i was allowed to fall asleep (i cant sleep for an entire night and i cant force myself so fall asleep so this was also suffering) and then the next day i had to walk back and fourth to the hospital office 5 times to fall asleep for 15 minutes, which mostly was just me staring at the roof for like far too long, and when i was done the specialist finally removed the electrodes and hood and then i had to sit on a boat for 4 hours to go home the same day fun fun fun ufn

also u had to reserve a room at the hospital hotel urself because there is no real cooperation between the people doing the polysomnography and the hospital hotel, so if the hotel was full for some reason u wouldve had to go back and fourth from wherever you slept for the night and the hospital covered in electrodes
