pack as you would unpack. kitchen stuff in separate boxes from bathroom stuff etc

if you have stuff you dont really wanna keep, pack them separate too. its easier to set them away while you pack everything down. than to take them out of all the boxes later. so put them in their own box if you wanna sell them, or throw it away right away if you dont wanna keep them. that way you dont have to drag unwanted stuff to your new place. 

basically, its easier to organize while packing down, than while packing up. from my experience
