i have the right by law to take time off to study but my boss also has the right to postpone it for up to 6 months and i know she'd do that, cuz there is literally no one that can take my shifts, not even 25% of them. we are understaffed as hell lol

it is.... but also not really LOL. i wanna get this shit done now so that i'm just idk closer to getting away from my job ?? but since the course is like 25% it's 20 weeks, so what's that, 5 months? gonna take me ages to get any type of competence for a job in that field but oh well, on my way at least
