Hm I don't think that's true like biologically, at most it is because of prejudice, but I'm not an evolutionary expert feel free to post valid sources that support this theory.

just saw a short clip of a house episode on FB. and it was about this couple that had similarities, and he got sick from some stuff that only had genetics as a thing. and her mother had it or something, idk. didnt really pay attention. but yeh. they ahd similar eyes, skincolor, hair etc. and her mom hated her dad cx
