I admire skills too. Like any sort of creativity is what I notice the most, but it's always such a statement to know someone has honed their skills to arrive where they currently are. And still are in-progress towards more. I think it speaks volumes.

I rarely had role models in the past tho because I rarely feel like I fit in and there are people who are similar to me (which is incredibly frustrating and makes you feel lonely a lot) 
Yes, I think they would have to be someone you are able to relate to as well.

I think that's fine. Generally speaking, everyone is a person someone likes and others don't. I surely dislike some people that are liked by many and vice versa. I think it's like okay because disliking someone doesn't mean that they are inherently bad, the same way liking someone doesn't make them all good. Everyone is just that blend.
