Right now I'm a working artist and community event organizer (also in the process of helping start a nonprofit), which sorta pays the bills but definitely gives me purpose, and I love it - but the paychecks are large and rare, rather than modest and consistent, and I'm constantly worried about money and stability.

I don't want to give up everything I've worked for as an artist and community organizer, but also, the sweet sweet smell of a consistent paycheck (and not having to live in a cheap house that may literally collapse on me in a storm) is quite enticing. They made it sound like part time is not an option, which would make this all so much easier.
(Also if the partnership lead I gave them works out, the opportunity to catalog the exploitation cinema for this woman who I truly admire would bring me so much joy)

I have... so many thoughts to weigh, and a resume to update.

I'm honestly surprised this company set up shop in my little podunk town. They just bought the building that our music series used for bathrooms and storage lol.

I mean, it's pretty much just entering stuff into Excel, which sounds boring, but I'm also the crazy bitch who updates IMDB pages for movies that were lost in archive fires based on info I read in books just to give them a little more life. lol
my brain likes spreadsheets and organizing information. 

however I'm sitting here doing a spreadsheet for the music series fundraising and its been hard to stay focused, so I dunno.

I don't wanna miss out on this kick ass opportunity, but if I get this grant I'm applying for while also working full time, I'm gonna be spread REAL thin.

I actually would have to do both, for a while, because I have some grants I have to fulfil that I've already been paid for the work.
So for about a year I'd be spread very thin.

would u still have the offer after you're done with the works ur booked for so to speak? or is the offer time limited and requires u to make a decision very soon?

your resume should be impressive considering your experiences if your resume sucks its becaus eyou dont know how to write a resume
