I get that everything can feel very overwhelming and nerve-wrecking, but reaching out to your teacher and letting them know how you feel is step one in learning how to do manage online school with mental health struggles.

Have you spoken to anyone in real life about this? They could help you contact your teacher perhaps?

i mean i coulddd go to therapy or something but honestly my family probably couldn't pay with that and i don't wanna put that over their head like they're already trying to pay off our house which is already very expensive to do
