I shit like twice a week normally cus ion eat a lot, never been a once a day pooper lol. N yeah, but I had to do stronger ones cus the other ones weren't working even w double dose, but I m thinking of quitting these too cus they aren't doing anything lol

I have low blood pressure but also my iron is extremely low but I think my body is just unable to absorb it or sum even if I take vitamin c
