They changed it back earlier today and also said that they are investigating a potential terror-motive

Anyhow, there is no point in discussing it like this, I am just saying that there is no need to panic about the word terror unless they know what it is exacly, The classification is probably going to change more the upcoming days since this is new, shocking and still not entirely investigated.

A foreginer stabbed 7/8 innocent swedish people randomly. This person had criminal record and is known to the police. He also had problems with the (welfare system) in sweden. I dont think this is not just "a crazy person" that randomly decided to go on a killing spree.....
