ouff thought so too abt chef school and general restaurants aren't too good with hygiene until mattilsynet is around the corner or something.
The hygiene at a cafe i worked was mad bad and flies etc, worked many hours overtime with no overtime moneis just to make it clean and proper since nobody cared. The boss was still a bitch towards me so i basically said bruh bye after 12 hour shift, she tried to get me to work because of the contract. Like what are u gonna do? fire me? Hope u get a professional job after school, food&chef business is hard man.
Also that bread is going places.
Yeahh I mean we wash the kitchen properly every day cus or else we aren't allowed to leave (including floors etc) but general stuff like washing ur hands after having them in ur pockets etc, nobody cares abt that kinda stuff unless the teacher comments on it. And also like, on the floor theres some places w a lot of dirt but mostly cus its rlly hard to get in the intricate places w like those big ass nals (is it that in englsih idk but yeah) so those places only get cleaned like, three times a year but I mean, food don't go on the floor so its ok rlly
