dry skin

hi
i struggle a lot with having dry, flaky skin, specifically on my t-zone. bc of this i have wrinkles on my forehead even though im 19 lmao. i use biodermal day cream for dry and sensitivie skin, but this doesn't seem to be a long term solution; if i apply it in the morning, my skin will be dry in the evening again. i don't use any moisturizer.
does anyone have any tips and/or specific products that work really well? preferably products i could buy in the EU/the Netherlands

I’d recommend maybe a really thick nourishing moisturiser that you can apply at day and night, I use one by Estée Lauder it’s just the daywear and nightwear, they’re pricy but I think they’re worth it, I’m not sure whether you’re able to get them across the eu tho but I’m guessing you should be able to

Its best if u use normal moistruizer, and then put a bit of vaseline after cus it kinda more seals in the moisture than moistruize

thanks for all the suggestions!! currently i don't really use anything to wash my face except for rose water   i've been thinking about buying a cleanser -> serum -> moisturizer
i've been looking into cerave, that looks rly good. my friend is enthousiastic about the ordinary, is that brand any good?
