i dont eat any processed carbs, no added sugars, carbs only once a day in the morning (and only full grain oats or black rice congee) and i'm vegan
am currently doing chloe tings work outs on the side, started the two week shred just to get back into it and am planning to just continue with my own more sustainable plan after the two weeks are up
ughhhh i try to count calories but i canttttt. Too much effort :C i like to cook a lot and i cant possibly count every gram of 20 different ingridiens for my meals rip
u dont neccessarily need to count calories, i only ever really weigh my carbs
