does anyone know be skinny and actually maintain? i gained weight during quarentine and i feel garbage atm

healthy lifestyle and regular exercise, portion control and knowing calories
i dont eat any processed carbs, no added sugars, carbs only once a day in the morning (and only full grain oats or black rice congee) and i'm vegan
am currently doing chloe tings work outs on the side, started the two week shred just to get back into it and am planning to just continue with my own more sustainable plan after the two weeks are up

theres ofc ppl like my sister who are more naturally skinny, she eats way more than i do but has always been very petite, which is a bit of a trap because of hidden visceral fat which is way more dangerous than regular fat (which if you arent obese is nothing to worry about)

Yeah same my sister is underweight n she eats more than me calorie wise ig n her dad is also rlly skinny so it b like that sometimes, sad life for me but lol

ughhhh i try to count calories but i canttttt. Too much effort :C i like to cook a lot and i cant possibly count every gram of 20 different ingridiens for my meals rip

I'm trying to gain weight because i'm too skinny. I want to have 50kg but everytime i get near it, isuddenly have a massive weightloss and weight 46kg.  And i dont even do sports.

I would say drink a lot of water, do some sport regularly and eat a little bit but frequentlly and of course healthy. My dad ate an apple every 2 or 3 hours and he lossed 10kg in 2 weeks or so.

u dont neccessarily need to count calories, i only ever really weigh my carbs
its more about having a feel for, ok  , nuts are good for me but i still shouldn't eat a shitton because they are very calorie dense.   or portioning out rice and pasta correctly, i think ppl eat way higher portions of that than they r aware of

It was healthy because he continued eating the same amount but he controlled the calories more and also eating very frequently little things like a carrot or an apple helpa the body to digest more often and stops you from eating snaks instead
