Especially when it comes to remembering who had what theory and etc.

I've always struggled a lot with writing too many notes, I'm not too good with bullet points and etc.

BUT I do have an advice that may or may not work:
1. Think of a familiar route to somewhere in your head (for example from home to work) 
2. Then you think of land marks during that route (for example if you walk by a store that could be one land mark)
3. Next you place different theories into those land marks in your head (for example Piaget development theory at the store, Pavlovian theory at the library and so on)

I haven’t tried this myself but I heard this is a really useful way of memorizing theories and such
