Also beans is good to have, and canned tomatoes, and lemon/lime, flake salt, regular salt and a pepper shaker, not the one u grind urself cus ion like that for cooking

if we're only doin ingredients then, i always have chickpeas, canned tomatoes, cumin and salt and pepper. also always got some type of pasta on hand. 

bonus is beans, eggs and flour
