I mean.......10-15 (at times even more)  yrs versus around 5, which one do you want?

It's important to keep in mind that countries are doing our best. We live longer, have better hygiene and medical ressources now. So just hang on.

I mean the religious ppl havent started to beat themselves up to avoid the virus yet.
I'm just trying to be realistic here. I don't want to tell people this pandemic will end in a few months. It will not.

i'm fully and painfully aware that it's likely we'll be in this thing for a good while longer, but it's gonna be so so bad for my mental health and i can't imagine how much this is going to impact our lives. i really don't want to lose my college years to a pandemic, i don't get along super well with my family (who I live with), and i can only imagine what effects this will have on the younger kids. it's just really sucky for everyone, so hearing a possible 5 more years is super scary.
