I had to do a sleeping report for 2 weeks, doctor said it looks fine bc with my daily naps i get enough sleep
I need my naps because i cant sleep at night
Im tired all the time except when i have to sleep

So my doctor just said "well, drink more coffee then"


My so bought melatonin spray for me 2 weeks ago tho and that stuff helps me so much?? It definetly helped fixing my sleep-schedule a bit bc i get too tired to continue my nightl, scroll through tiktok

But fr tho, do u fall asleep if u walk around, usually I will get rlly tired like almost falling asleep at like 6pm, but if I get up n walk around a bit for mby an hour n stuff, it goes away n then I don't get tired again after until like, very long

i fall asleep no matter what circumstance im in, but yeah i can postpone it if i just walk around and do things, but if i have days that people would consider normal like school or hanging out with friends im almost certain to fall asleep the moment i sit down somewhere

which is where the sleep rythm problems comes into play because i cant maintain a normal pattern if i fall asleep everytime i come home at 5-6 cause im gonna be fully rested by the time im supposed to sleep lol

i'm pretty sure most of my sleeping problems come from my addiction to the internet. like these two weeks where i didn't have wifi? my sleeping schedule was almost normal and now.... it isn't.
