Yes, it can b whatever food tho I think, could b the healthiest food ever I think n still ppl use it for dopamine or whatver

theres an overeaters anonymous foundation in finland n they apparently do some 12 step program groups for this. theres one in my town too but it's on break rn. idk if it'll come back but i'm gonna go if it does

i talked about my eating/bingeing at the psych clinic too n they said i would get help for that but i think everyone forgot abt it already lol. i'm going to a dietician at least idk that might be helpful
