curries and stews actually work really well, because you can add basically anything and the single ingredients don't cost so much, so you get a rather low serving price

i do cinnamon, caramel sauce (with protein, and sugarfree), maplesyrup and hampseeds, i use soya milk with vanilla, and i put apple and banana in it in the morning 🤪

honestly it was a thing u had to do a few days before it got good, like find ur balance, and also just the oats it self i find boring, so adding apple makes it easier and more healthy too :d
