They live in another city and is just here on the weekends, which i am greatful for or else we wouldn't get any sleep at all..............

We have talked to them, but they almost hit my bf so we just ignore it now

Dementia is scary!! And you were just children, that's crazy. I would have been scarred for life... 

This is what i imagine life would be if i lived in student home! I would rather have my stomping neightbours. I understand if you hated it, i would have to. Are your living condition better now? Do you like the place where you live?

1 of the kids is disabled bc a bus to a special school arrives here every morning. Their mom doesn't give a fuck and dad is just the same. Probably both of them are disabled bc they don't work and life off social benefits for having 4 children, being disabled and being unemployed (probably earn more than my working family). All I hear in summer is screams and see their trash everywhere lol
