it was my own decision to get meds but i really did not like the psychiatrist i was at and yea the whole thing made have a huge panic attack last night. idk if i can be fine without, but it has given me more motivation to work on my anxiety in other ways. gonna talk about it with my therapist on monday : /

i know i shouldnt read the side effects but i cant not do it.... and some of them are really serious. i know a lot of it most likely wont happen to me, but what if im just that unlucky u kno............................
