Ett av de bästa bemötanden jag fått i en butik var när jag snabbt möttes av ett hej och sedan kände hur de genuint tog sig tid att hjälpa mig med det jag undrade över. När jag lämnade butiken kände jag mig sedd och på glatt humör. Just den känslan vill jag därför också sträva efter att alla jag möter ska lämna med.

(One of the best responses I have received in a store, was when I was quickly greeted by a hello, and then felt how they genuinely took the time to help me with what I was wondering about. When I left the store, I felt seen and in a happy mood. This is exactly the feeling I strive for everyone i meet to feel when they leave.)
