U have a wet filing stone (round or what) or just one of those metal swords
that metal sword thingy. pretty sure those stones are better but this company is too cheap and they'd rather see me cut my fingers off than to cash out a bit more tbh

Oh yeah the files actually file a new edge onthe knife, but the metal sword things just straighten out the edge thats qlready there. But im pretty sure it won't work forever, cus u will break little pieces of the edge off n it will just get worse n worse. Mby u can buy a small brynestein (?? Idk what it is in swedish) that u can bring to work

it's not super important that it's very professional thank god, i do more of a home cooking style (so not as neat n fancy as in a restaurant) but for 20-25 ppl. i know the techniques and all, i can do it, it's just so hard cutting and i feel clumsy and ?????? a mess
also how do u deal with bits and pieces flying everywhere when u cut... or cutting things and the pieces end up under ur knife so u cut them again, it messes w my flow when cutting LOL

i kinda refuse to buy anything for work even if it's gonna help me lmao, i get paid such a shit amount and this multi millionaire company can def get some proper tools 4 me and 4 everyone to make work easier and safer. i nagged for months to get that knife file (bc we didn't even have one up until 2 ish months ago wtf), if i nag for a few more months maybe i'll get a stone....... doubt it bc "u have a knife file already" but mm
