i'm still getting used to taking pills several times a day and i tend to forget, especially those i need to take around 5pm because it's literally in the middle of the day and i just can't seem to wrap my head around this......i can feel it a couple hours later though so i'm trying my best

u can set alarms for it and there are also apps that can give you notifications for taking ur meds

i don't carry my phone around all day so the alarms wouldn't work but thanks for the tip!!

i didn't remember to take them with me when i left the house. i usually take 2 pills three times a day so i took 3 when i got back and was supposed to take 1 more at some point but now i don't want to leave my mountain of blanketssad

Hmm it sounds ok to me but, the pamphlet usually says if u have to take the missing pills tho I think? At least my birth control had that thing abt taking the pills bla bla bla ukno the deal

it probably does but like i'm actually allowed to regulate my dose up a bit when needed, it's probably stupid to not take the usual dose but idk.......warm soft bed
