I finally got a real, not ancient stove

I blew up a pressure canner on the stove that came with my house, and it dented it bad and so I traded that one for another one which ended up having electrical problems and shocking me, so I spent the last 3 months unplugging my stove when not in use

but yesterday I finally threw down some money on a nice used stove, and like, it even has a TIMER and a CLOCK on it, I've NEVER had a stove with a clock and timer!
I wonder if its self cleaning?

is this what wealth feels like? to not be afraid of your house burning down when you cook?

It was free, and I always know there's a risk with free appliances

I paid $275 for this one from a little flea market out in the boonies run by this big jolly southern man with like six teeth who talks like an old georgia plantation owner
I cannot express how funny he is by typing

so happy for you!!! a good stove can improve your life so much tbh... i haven't had one as fancy as yours but i like to cook in other peoples houses so i've tried lots of different ones. i'd love to get a gas stove (even if it's scary compared to ceramic etc) but you don't really have them anywhere in my countrysad

my house doesn't have gas hookups.

what i really want, when I own a home, is to have a wood stove outside, like an outdoor kitchen for the summertime
