Is 1800 calories a day OK for weight loss is it too much? The only exercise I do is walking.
I know you lose weight faster by lowering the calories but I just want to know if I can still lose weight by eating that amount even if it takes a while for me to actually lose it.

If I eat 1400 calories a day it will take me 8 months to reach my goal weight. 1600 calories a day, 2,2 years. My RMR is 1500 calories.

I guess 1800 is too much but realistically I won't be able to survive eating 1400 calories a day.

I won't be able to do 1500 calories EVERY day. I'd rather just take my time with it to be honest. Most of the time I'm not even hungry, I just love food.

U could try intermittent fasting tho, I wouldn't fastfor two full days but, if u allow urself an 8 ish hour time frame a day to eat in, and lets say1500 calories a day, thats still 3 full meals of 500 calories (I ususally lay at around 200-400 per meal). Like if uthink abt it likethat its not rlly bad. So lets say u eat at the start ofthe 8 hours, atthe middle and at the end. U could also have two smaller meals and one bigger etc, or "save" some calories from meals to use on snacks later if u r hungry (liek fruit etc)
