U could try intermittent fasting tho, I wouldn't fastfor two full days but, if u allow urself an 8 ish hour time frame a day to eat in, and lets say1500 calories a day, thats still 3 full meals of 500 calories (I ususally lay at around 200-400 per meal). Like if uthink abt it likethat its not rlly bad. So lets say u eat at the start ofthe 8 hours, atthe middle and at the end. U could also have two smaller meals and one bigger etc, or "save" some calories from meals to use on snacks later if u r hungry (liek fruit etc)
