BED BUGS ARE THE FUCKING WORST
I have had them twice
the second time I was literally tripping on acid when I found them
and I still have vivid nightmares to this day
I had to stop helping in r/whatisthisbug because any time someone posted a picture of a bed bug it'd set me off and I'd shred my house trying to check for them

Only thing I can think of is have a family friend who actually does rentals for a living provide a number and lie for me
