Was cutting up potatoes bc it's potato soup today and I followed the recipe and then my boss sees me and she was like "cab I just ask what you're doing right now" and I almost shit myself bc I'm so scared of her and doing anything wrong. Told her what I was doing and she said I was supposed to use other potatoes but I told ger I was just following the recipe so she looked and was like "ok" then left

And as soon as she turned away I started to fucking cry and now I'm scared that I actually did something wrong because she will murder me and I swear if I start to cry in front of her it's over 4 me

Not that I know of. Like, definitely not everyone, but I have seen her actually bullying someone into sick leave cuz the bosses had just decided that they didn't like him for no reason 🙃

I followed the recipe and if there are any changes ita their responsibility to let me know, bc they're in charge of the bigger food handling. But there weren't any changes, it was just because the person working in the other kitchen had asked her about the other potatoes yesterday bc I guess he was planning on using them instead

She is mean, I can't do shit without her analysing every move I make and micromanaging and she goes from 0 to 100 whenever she points something out, even if I haven't done anything wrong. Bad boss. All the bosses are like this and I'm scared of them all

Do you have a union representative you can contact? HR? 
The union representative at my work is a very good friend to the bosses and has been for like a decade. I don't trust her in the slightest, she wasn't picked by us employees, the bosses picked her and probably för a reason.
I could contact the local union office but I doubt they can do anything. Other people have contacted them about our bosses and they are well known for being shit, but I don't think there's much to do and frankly I don't have the strength even if there is something to do. It would probably get me involved in all sorts of meetings with them and whatnot and I am so scared of them. And it'd most likely get me fired. They can't fire me for contacting the union but they can find loopholes and fire me due to "personal reasons" or that I'm not doing my job
