The ending completely ruins the movies for me. they would have been good movies if it werent for the ending. and apparenlty they were both supposed to be independent movies, but some smartass had the idea to tie them to the cloverfield universe. bad idea


anyways sorry for the rant. just wanted to get that out there

actually in cloverfield lane i was so SURE that nothing was wrong. i kept saying it to my bf and he was like "no probably smth" n i was like NO NOTHING. lol. but i guess the point was to make us wonder if there actually was anything wrong. i wouldve liked a better ending yeah. it felt so "gimmicky" when she was finally out for some reason

i was so disappointed at the end of lane. 

almost as disappointed as with the ending of Dexter. WHy did they have to show that hes alive and well? why couldnt they just have left it a mystery.
