ok so i sleep quite badly, i fall asleep easily but wake up often
i somehow always think i've overslept and it makes me wake up lmao

yesterday was BAD bc i woke up about 10 times every hour, i look at the time and even tho i can clearly see it says fucking 1.30 i'm like "OMG IM GONNA BE LATE FOR WORK" and bolt up in panic, then realizing it's actually in the middle of the night. i do this regularly but yesterday.... bad....
and then i took a nap after work yesterday, for idk 30 minutes, woke up and thought i'd slept until the next day and missed work, so again, PANIC

why do i do this. how do i stop it. can i just not sleep in peace wtf does work need to haunt me in my sleep as well ??? enough

like oversleeping isnt even an issue for me. i have overslept one single time for work so i was 15 minutes late (never been so fast in my entire life) but it wasnt a big deal. it has happened ONCE in a year so why am i constantly worried abt oversleeping, i dont get it. i dont oversleep ?!?!?!?!??! not even on my off days. i get up when my alarm goes off

and i double check my alarm like 500 times before bed bc i'm like "did i rly set it" WHICH I KNOW I DID IM JUST?????????????????? and i have to check in case it has turned off by itself like why would it ever do that. im so sick of this, i just wanna sleep like normal

and when im at my bfs he sets his alarm and then wakes me up (bc i dont wake up from his alarm... for some reason) but then im worried hes not gonna wake up. which he always does ..................... kedfllgdflgnmhghkghhg
