I have only bad experience with ordering from Zalando. They literally lost 4 of my orders lol.

uuuh. I live like 200 meters from one, should probs check it out. The only issue i tend to encounter is size. A lot of the thrift shops i've been in never has anything in xxs-xs, so I rarely go there.
