Yes they work for my sister but she is easily affected, tho most ppl I know that take it, doesn't even take it right, like they take it right before they r laying down, n then they immediately fall asleep, and if they don't take it they cry abt not being able to sleep. Like,, honest to god, what

Used melatonin and circadin and both dont do anything even hours before planned sleep, also u wake up feeling drowsy. Plus it doesnt help when you sleep bad too and wake up during night. Gonna try hear with doc if something stronger are option but usually they dont wanna give because it can be misused.

Idk how people manage to fix sleep by melatonin
