You add milk and ice and it taste a lot like the salted caramel iced coffee you get from espresso house. I added some salted caramel syrup as well, but it wasn't really needed unless you want a bit more flavor. the coffee flavor is kind of distinct, like the one from espresso house but idk I don't mind it really

I would give it a: 9/10 only because if you make big iced lattes every time it will probably not last over a week lol

no I did buy and got the salty caramel one I just couldn't find the picture hehe
