Yeah, I mean, hmm, theres smth abt the amount of calories, not enough calories to keep the body going (as well as the brain), but u also need enough fat, vitamins, fiber, complex carbohydrates, salt, etc etc to keep healthy, esp for the brain
i have a terrible basal metabolism so i dont need a lot of calories to keep my organs running
