Also u have to eat very little, I ate ish 300-500 a day for 3-4 months n didn't notice any difference. I think u either have to eat way less than that, or for way longer than I were at that levelĀ

it probably depends on what u eat as well though, like how much fiber, vitamins ect youre eating, not just calories

it probably depends on what u eat as well though, like how much fiber, vitamins ect youre eating, not just calories
Yeah, I mean, hmm, theres smth abt the amount of calories, not enough calories to keep the body going (as well as the brain), but u also need enough fat, vitamins, fiber, complex carbohydrates, salt, etc etc to keep healthy, esp for the brain

yea i know because overweight is a symptom of narcolepsy since most of ur basal metabolism happens when ur brain reaches deep sleep and i have very little of that

U burn more energy while awake
and theres other symptoms of a low metabolism too other than weight gain, tho u can test ur metabolism at the doctors if u have issuesĀ

which is why going inducing ketosis on ur body can be beneficial because ketosis makes ur body go into the mode that it would enter if u were in deep sleep

im talking about basal metabolism though, not the weight loss that happens when u exercise, i dont know much about if narcolepsy has any effect on normal metabolism, but i know basal metabolism is very important to not be overweight, without it youre gonna need to exercise even more
