that's so cool!! and like even though mine was kinda depressing i could see through all the symptoms and horrible things that have happened to me that there were only a few short periods of time where i have let go and stopped trying to get better and go towards my goals, and that feels very powerful to me. i'd honestly recommend this for any- and everyone !
the therapist who suggested thsi excercise said to do it again in a few years too and see what you end up doing differently that this is an ecxercise thats good to repeat
