after stopping eating meat
Physically I feel a huge difference because after eating meat I'd feel so ''heavy'' and tired after a meal. Like it was just so uncomfortable and I did for years have this guilt too but I didn't stop because meat do be tasty

Emotionally I'm happy to know I'm just not eating any animals anymore because it's obv imo immoral and I'm glad I took such a choice for myself
