mm what group do you mean? afaik fibromyalgia is diagnosed based on just symptoms but i could be wrong

but i was thinking .. i don't know the name of the thing but i have some antibodies or whatever in my blood that basically indicate that i most likely have some kind of autoimmune disorder but they don't know anything else than that

fibro is not an autoimmune illness.

this is part of why the existence of fibro is still so controversial, because you can't "diagnose" it so much as you prove that it isn't a bunch of other things.
