I mean if you strain it thru a coffee filter and store it in the fridge, you've got like six months.

Yeah it is
once in a lifetime experience for sure... and should stay that way

but yea in all seriousness i don’t eat meat so i get no grease from it
i tend to try to get the most out of my food too in general, the broth stuff etc
Learned it from my grandma
