do you save all the fats from cooking meat?

I've started straining all my cooking fats thru a coffee filter and reusing them, way more flavorful than veg oil lol

Mixing bacon fat with Jaloviina (a brown finnish booze) will give you Bacon-Jallu
it is absolutely disgusting
but you know, one way to recycle it

I'm kind of... weird, when it comes to trying to get the most out of my food.
I even have a bag in the freezer of onion skins, carrot ends, garlic skins, bones, etc that I save and when the bag is full I make broth

Yeah it is
once in a lifetime experience for sure... and should stay that way

but yea in all seriousness i don’t eat meat so i get no grease from it
i tend to try to get the most out of my food too in general, the broth stuff etc
Learned it from my grandma
