yeah there's CBT for nightmares, I think there's a lot of good sources if you look it up. I never rlly practiced it so I don't know if it works for me.

It doesn't seem to work. I go to therapy and she gave me some advice but maybe I need to bring up the topic a bit more with her. My nightmares are based on suppressed feelings and memories so it feels so out of control.

Def talk with therapist about it, maybe there's more to it and things which need to be worked on. Ive got less trauma related nightmares with exposure therapy.
