the normal dose is usually like 10mg but the starting dose that the doctor told me to go with is 6mg, i was only asking here if anyone here understands math more than i do but guess not

but yeah i remember my adhd medication started with 10 mg and then i peaked at 80 so i had that dose fora couple of years but when i lost some weight they lowered it to 60 and wont let me go any higher anymore
