yea it's important that u cancel in time
u don't just get a 'fine' for nothing... if u cancel too late / not at all, ur responsible urself for ur actions n the consequence is having to pay the money of the unused appointment

u can tho, u can't just change ur mind the last minute, it's ur own responsibility to make sure u have understood the terms n conditions
u showing up n then cancel on the spot because u don't like the vaccine u get is entirely ur problem

if u want the vaccine u can't just 'choose' which one u want
