my new place is in a busy area and i've been thinking about offering my help part time in some specialty stores near me since i don't have a lot going on for me & anything would be huge help financially. i just can't make over 800€ a month because bureaucracy but i don't think that'd be a huge problem if i wasn't applying full time anyway. i'm big for listing pros & cons but this is a pickle for me since i literally have no actual experience in having a job of any kind. so tell me what's the suckiest part of working, especially in retail?
pros i have
+ work experience
+ a bit of extra income
+ social interaction
+ a reason to get up & out
+ it wouldn't be as overwhelming as going to school/work full time, baby steps
cons
- possibly still overwhelming, especially if it's super busy or the clients or my employees turn out to be sucky
- ???
also if i'll start asking around, how much do i need to inform them about my situation? should i tell about the income limit so that they could see if the hours i could do would be enough to start with? should i be prepared to answer questions about why i have the limit (= mental health issues), and what would be the most appropriate way to like... tell without telling too much?
