No both r relaxed, just my brows r always that high smhĀ 
it could be a bygkorn (idk the translation) mine usualy start that way
again most of the time pit doesnt get them bc im pit in the mix ofc

well it could be some makeup left-overs, sometimes certain pigments cause swelling by contact in eye (if u get it in via the waterline)
