My bf n guests will def pretend to like it even though it sucks lmaoo, i got so sad when i found out i did something wrong. It looks good though - been in the fridge now few hours.

One time when I worked at the cafe n had made cheesecake one thousand times, I managed to make it completely just,, runny n wobbly and bubbly of all things one time, a disaster lmfao

Yeah it sucks, it was so much more liquidy, but tried to wisp it a bit more and add lil more melis. It’s solid in the fridge now and looks fluffy. Hope it didnt fk up the taste tho. Cheesecakes can go so wrong easily if not paying good attention

Yes hopefully its not runny when u take it out, thats the worst thing, one can live w bad taste, but if it can't hold its shape iss gonna b bad
