Do you guys have any tips on how i can get up in the morning???? i have an alarm but i always press snooze and wake up 3 hours later

i do that with my phone so i can't reach it n i have to actually get up from my bed,, got to it n then turn them off, n by that point i'm awake

yes, i'll def try that! i need to stop using my phone before bed too because i end up scrolling on reddit until midnight... which is probably why i'm so tired in the morning lol :--(

tbh same when i had tiktok installed on my phone, i'd be on there for hours on end,,n then i deleted it some weeks ago + been stricter in general with myself in terms of going to bed in time

i have 4-15 alarms set on my phone depending on how tired i will be (estimated ofc) ! so if i snooze, after like 30 minutes there will have been like atleast 8 times that the phone interrupted my sleep

my bf uses an alarm clock that is also a lamp that gets brighter and brighter after a certain time! 

my friend ones had an alarm clock for deaf people that made the bed vibrate aswell

when i was in school and had to get up at five i had a flash notification thing on (super annoying yes cus it flashes on everysingle notification) but it did help cus when the alarm was on it flashed in my whole room. also it made me dream that someone was taking pictures of me

hahhah yes but it needs to be done.... i would be really sad if i didn't leave bed atleast withing 1 hour of when i wanted to 

yeah idk if he likes it loool (hate rather) but i think it helps a lot!!

that would stress me out!! not a good way to start your morning but perhaps a very effective way to get you up
