what are some good SORT OF healthy breakfasts???
(is "breakfasts" a word idk im sorry)
like, something quick and easy but still filling? doesn't have to be like ultra healthy, just not what i eat rn, which is two slices of white bread with butter. that's it

preferably not oatmeal, i like the taste but the consistency weirds me out too much, and no avocado bc it just tastes like grass LOL

i might make some oatmeal as like a pre-lunch in a while. only bc i have oats at home and like nothing else to make anything out of and i am trying so hard to eat better !! partly bc i've gained weight and i don't like that at all, but also for my energy. i am so low all the time and i doubt i'll get lots and lots of energy just when i eat a bit better, but it has to do something. i've lived off bread, pasta, chips and candy for quite a while now bc it's just easy and nice

lol i've been just eating oatmeal for breakfast as long as i can remember 
but lately i've been eating smoothies too. today it was pineapple, banana, ginger, soft tofu, turmeric, blackpepper and mct-oil

i do baked oats, might be a consistency u can deal with better

i start off with 35g of a rolled oats and rye flakes mix, add 5 grams of chia seeds and then cover it generously with water and leave it in the fridge overnight
next day i add stevia sweetened vegan vanilla protein powder (not neccessary), cinnamon and some ground ginger, blend it and then add baking powder + a small apple diced into cubes

add it to a baking form, bake for 20 minutes on 170°C and then add some berries and crushed almonds on top and continue baking for like 5-10 minutes (i also add peanut butter to the berries which i microwave since i buy them frozen but thats just because i combine breakfast and lunch so i need to meet the calories for that) 

its a very passive recipe so the actual prep time is like  5 minutes-ish

i eat oatmeal, i know you wrote that you didn't like it but it's very good with strawberries (like frozen) and penutbutter (real, not the ones with tons of sugar). i kinda don't like the constitancy either but i buy oatmeal that is like in bits, mixed? idk it's smother that way

and i also like egg on toast, cooked or friend doesn't matter

I like the texture of oatmeal made w big uncut oats, but the cut ones r so disgusting w the texture I can't

if you're working out you could make protein pancakes, like, just buy the powder and mix with water and fry in the pan

i'm gonna make oatmeal today anyways 4 "brunch", i found this recipe that claims it'll taste like apple pie so i was like ok i'm in. basically just w apples and cinnamon. and half milk half water instead of just water. maybe more tolerable then idk we'll find out

i went to the store just to get milk and apples and bought fucking kale snacks. it's like small rye bread pieces with kale in them. why did i do that, i don't like kale

mm the oatmeal was decent, the apples distracted from the sticky consistency
didn't taste like apple pie tho, i'm disappointed. i used vanilla powder in it and if i do it again i think i'll use some more

the kale snacks tasted like ass. as i expected
