i touch my glasses a lot. i didnt wear glasses for two years and was wondering why my eyes were hurting and i got constant headaches. turns out ive been constantly straining my eyes to correct my vision for 2 years

not necessarily true my optician told me that thats a myth. and unless youre a child whose eyes are still developing or an old person whos dying your vision wont really get worse from not wearing glasses. ur eyes are already fully developed
