idk what to do. the night before last night i managed to sleep 4 hours, and then didn't sleep during the day. so last night i fell asleep at 10pm, slept 4 hours again, couldn't get back to sleep. then around 8am i accidentally fell asleep and slept 8 hours....
nothing works, i've tried melatonin and it doesn't really do anything. and i don't have the willpower to be sleep deprived for many days
