the yellow diamond shape sign means that the road is a main road and the sign that is an arrow pointing down into the corner means that youre supposed to drive on the road its pointing on?

Yes u don't have vikeplikt on forkjørsvei, most big ish roads r forkjørsvei but u gotta look at the signs n just know I guess

you dont have automatic right for the road. you need to look for forskjørsvei skilt. theres some country roads where i live where the speed limit is 80, but its not a forkjørsvei so you still have to vike for høyreregelen
