i know generally you're not supposed to try being awake on sleep pills which was basically what i did yesterday soo makes sense

yea i would avoid having my phone in my bedroom as well, i dont trust my drugged self

or in south africa she scolded me and dad for snoring but it was her snoring xD when we tried to tell her she said if we kept accusing and lying we wouldnt go to robben island the next day

and a lot of cravings! she has had! 
and like told me things about one of her friends and then in the morning when im like "mom was that true that sounds soooo weird wtf" and she like "where did you hear that???!?!?!!!!"

my doctor prescribed me with quetiapine which is not recommended for insomnia, but they work for me. 75mg is enough to make me so drowsy i start wobbling and my eyes get super heavy, so they sorta force me to go to bed. haven't noticed any other effects
